电气学院科研人员在二维材料气体传感器领域取得重要进展

针对以上问题,西安交大科研人员合成了第六主族新型二维材料碲烯,实验测试结果显示碲烯室温下对NO2气体具有高度选择性和灵敏度,还具有优异的空气稳定性,这弥补了另一种“明星”二维材料黑磷虽然气体检测灵敏度高但是空气稳定差的弊端。此外,采用瞬时脉冲加热显著提升了碲烯动态响应性能。本文研究为二维气体传感器的研究提供更高性能的平台,进一步推动了二维材料气体传感器向实用化迈进。相关成果刊登在最新一期的《Journal of Materials Chemistry A》(IF:10.73)杂志上。
